1. Definitions

• "Putney", "we", "us", "our" means Phoenix Risk Management Pty Ltd (ABN 67 121 681 927) trading as Putney Insurance Group, acting as Corporate Authorised Representative No. 000456222 of Sirius Insurance Pty Ltd.
• "Sirius" means Sirius Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 60 606 142 027), the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No. 550 946 under which Putney provides financial services.
• "You", "your" means any person who accesses or uses this Website.

• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, video, audio, code, documents and other material made available through the Website.
• "Insurer" means the third party insurance company or underwriting agency that issues a policy of insurance arranged by Putney.

Putney does not issue any insurance policy itself: policies are issued by third party Insurers, and the terms of any policy are governed by the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), policy wording and any endorsements issued by the Insurer. We make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Submitting an enquiry, quote request or message through this Website does not create a client relationship, place any insurance cover, or bind Putney or Sirius to provide any service. A formal engagement begins only after Putney has confirmed in writing that we are acting for you, and cover is only in place once an Insurer has confirmed it in writing.

For example, residential strata enquiries are directed to the BrokerLoop quote tool at form.brokerloop.com.au, which is operated by a third party. Your use of any linked site or quote tool is at your own risk and subject to that site's or tool's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Risk Management Pty Ltd (trading as Putney Insurance Group), Sirius Insurance Pty Ltd as our licensee, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and related entities exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill) arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Website
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Website
